Key Responsibilies:
Manage and coordinate day-to-day site activities across office fit-out works.
Ensure works are delivered safely and in accordance with project programmes.
Oversee subcontractors, ensuring quality, productivity and compliance standards are maintained.
Monitor progress against programme and proactively resolve issues and delays.
Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks.
Maintain high standards of health, safety and environmental performance.
Coordinate with project managers, commercial teams, consultants and subcontractors.
Support effective communication across all stakeholders.
Ensure works are completed to the required quality standards and client expectations.
Maintain accurate site records and reporting documentation.
About You
You are an energetic and hands-on Site Manager who enjoys being part of a collaborative team and leading by example.
You'll bring:
Previous experience as a Site Manager, Assistant Site Manager or similar site leadership role.
Strong experience managing fit-out, interior or finishing works within commercial, office, science, healthcare or high-quality construction environments.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
The confidence to make decisions, challenge where necessary and drive progress on site.
Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
A proactive, positive attitude and willingness to support colleagues and project objectives.
A genuine commitment to quality, safety and continuous improvement.
SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications (or equivalent).
A driving licence would be beneficial due to the site location, although a shuttle service operates from the nearest railway station for those travelling by public transport.
